Hours Polls Will Be Open

At all elections, except as otherwise noted below, the polls shall be opened at 7:00 a.m. The polls shall close at 9:00 p.m. for the Primary and General elections and any other partisan elections. They shall close at 8:00 p.m. for all other elections.

At the Commissioner of Election’s discretion, the polls may be opened at 12:00 noon for certain City, School or miscellaneous elections. Hours for specific elections can be found at your local county website or in the Official Notice of Election published in your local newspaper.
